The Customer Service team are the 'front line' in the support process, it is their job to answer customer phone calls and emails, log any issues, provide regular customer updates and manage problems to their conclusion.
The engineering team offer 2nd and 3rd line support for our customers and work very closely with the Customer Service team.
This role will incorporate both the Customer Service and 2nd line engineering responsibilities, primarily for our US based customers.

Ambitious, target-driven individuals are required to join our Sales Team to generate new business for Hosting and IP Telephony services. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will identify potential customers and business opportunities through cold-calling, web conferences and face to face meetings.
Experience of Hosting and IP Telephony services is essential, but consideration will be given to well suited individuals who have a background in traditional voice services. Excellent communication skills and a passion for selling are crucial to be successful in this challenging but highly rewarding role.
As a Customer Services Associate in our Operations Team, you'll be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers through our User Helpdesk and 24/7 Service Desk. Providing outstanding day-to-day support for our IP Telephony, Hosted Call Centre, Video Conferencing, Hosting and Networks services, excellent communication skills and a keen interest in technology are essential.
Our Operations Team require a technical engineer to develop and maintain the platforms for our products, while supporting the User Helpdesk and Service Desk teams in customer support queries. An understanding of Asterisk, Cisco IOS, HP Blade Servers and Systems Integration (using PHP & XML) with the ability to learn quickly and a thirst for technical knowledge is also very desirable.
