Arts for Rutland

The Gage Networks hippo is one of many hippos placed around Rutland as part of the Arts for Rutland summer project in association with the Oakham Festival, encouraging visitors and residents to explore the arts and the local area.

Our superhero hippo was designed and painted by local resident, Ben Stephens.

The project has been supported by the Arts Council England, with a number of local businesses and organisations sponsoring their very own hippo.
