Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) added to Cable&Wireless Worldwide portfolio

Cable&Wireless Worldwide have introduced Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) to their Multi Service Platform (MSP), enabling Gage Networks to offer additional MPLS network connectivity options to our UK customers.
With guaranteed bandwidth and a wide choice of upload and download speeds, EFM naturally compliments the existing portfolio of Ethernet and Leased Line circuits. Since it is delivered over bonded copper pairs rather than the more expensive Ethernet fibre connections, it provides an affordable step up from DSL.
As with all our MPLS products, EFM is a fully managed service throughout implementation and with ongoing support from our dedicated 24/7/365 Service Desk.
