Implementation: Full project management of implementation, including build and infrastructure modifications by an experienced team of technicians.

Service Desk: A single point of contact for all services that is operated 24/7/365 by our dedicated and responsive UK based technical support team. Services include:-

  • Access Management: Access arranged and managed via your Authorised User List
  • Logistics: Coordinate equipment delivery and removal
  • Fault Resolution: Investigate power and cooling anomalies
  • Remote Hands and Eyes: Initiate hands-on actions including reboots
  • Regular Service Reviews: A detailed and comprehensive review of performance, service availability, ticket analysis, user permissions and access

Business Continuity Services: We can combine a range of services from multiple service providers to create a bespoke disaster avoidance and recovery solution.

 

Customer Portal

A vital part of our service is to provide our customers with a unique, secure and bespoke Customer Portal with a real time and historic presentation of a range of service metrics, including a live snapshot of your data centre's performance.

Comprehensive environmental monitoring, management and reporting are accessed through this portal which incorporates an interactive dashboard to provide essential service and support information in an easy to use graphical format.

  • Customer Service: Review documents, invoices and orders, operational references
  • Support: Full Service Desk contact details, Authorised User List, Data Centre access information and more
  • Reporting: Historic and real time detailed graphs in a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly format, to show:-
    • Power usage and threshold indicators for each installed APC power bar
    • Temperature monitoring of your specific environment
    • Bandwidth utilisation including monthly commitments and bursting information
