The Customer Portal provides essential service and support information about the products and services you have with Gage Networks. 

The Dashboard provides an instant picture of the traffic flowing across your MPLS, Managed Multi-line or Single-line network. Depending on the services you have, a variety of monitoring graphs - with hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views - are available, including:

  • Managed Multi-line bandwidth
  • Network bandwidth usage
  • Data centre temperature
  • Managed power
  • IP Telephony usage
  • Managed firewall alerts

The Customer Portal also holds a variety of useful documents that relate services including invoices, orders, service guides, service review documents and pictures of your hosted equipment.
